This is where you can switch back to the Classic view. Scroll down the list until you see Basic and High Contrast themes. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings. Change it from Category to Large all Small icons. Once you do that, there is your new Classic Menu Start Button right next to the original one you made need to move it to the left in your taskbar.

By default, when you right-click on the Windows 10 desktop and select Personalize, you are taken to the new Personalization section in PC Settings. There are some other programs that can make it even more realistic by changing the boot up image, the login screen, and other stuff, but it requires you to install the software, which will change a lot of files on your system.
